Magnets on every side, so they snap to each other and stack inside the box without sliding around. The smokey translucent finish means you can see what's inside without opening all of them. You fill them once, drop them in the box, and next game night your Terraforming Mars cubes are right where you left them instead of loose in the bottom of the box.
